Val Atkinson is an internationally acclaimed fly fishing lifestyle and travel photographer. Over the last four decades, he has traveled to over 30 countries and appeared in 100 plus publications worldwide. Since the inception of the Fall River Conservancy website, Val has been gracious enough to donate photographs for our use. Val considers the Fall River as his favorite home river fishery. When not traveling, he resides near the river in an old restored farm house that he and Susan Rockrise purchased together over thirty years ago.
